The LMS Annual is a showcase of the bands we've had the privilege to present to you during the last academic year. Some will be making further appearances this year whilst others have gone on to achieve further success in the industry with nationwide tours, festivals and radio airplay.
The tracklisting may be found below, along with information about each band and links to their websites.
Track 1
Attention
The Stop Motion Men
Winners of the LMS Battle of the Bands 2007, The Stop Motion Men's single On All Your Walls was released on August 4th and became a worthy member of BBC Radio 1's evening playlist. The customary lightshow replaced with beat-synced video pieces, their recipe of vocal, guitar, piano and percussion provides an entrancing alternative to the usual radio-friendly fodder.

With an exciting get-up-and-dance vibe, Everyone Must Win leave their audiences smiling. As BOB 2008 finalists we hope they will be the vanguard of a new wave of feelgood music.

Doctor Nut
This Bristol-based band put a fresh twist on punk-rock with lyrics roaming the realms of sci-fi, fantasy and the absurd. Third in the closely fought first Semi-final of BOB 2008, Doctor Nut continued to deliver comic energy with with their album, Mountain of Othello, released April 2008.

The Three Aces
Formed less than three months before the BOB '08 entry deadline, merchants of classic riff-rock The Three Aces surprised us by reaching the final with epic performances conjuring up memories of the good old days of Hetfield and Slash. Enter Soundman became a pre-gig favourite amongst the LMS team, courtesy of a well-produced demo CD.
Track 10
Traffic Warden
Chris & Tom
This comedy double-act made their debut LMS appearance at one of our Kickback open-mic nights and soon became welcome regulars. This track takes an irreverent shot at a bane of modern life, a sing-along favourite which inspired the pair to produce the album Name of Album.
Track 11
First Kiss, Last Kiss
Zenyth
Having shared the stage with Scouting For Girls and Zane Lowe at Cardiff Students Union Summer Ball 2008, Zenyth continue to make a name for themselves, hitting the festival lineups alongside Babyshambles and The Australian Pink Floyd. Here, the BOB 2008 Winners provide the closing track of this year's LMS Annual.
